Har haft några dagar då jag inte varit på bästa humör, vilket gårdagens blogginlägg nog klargjorde. Har lyssnat på depplåtar och fått väldigt lite gjort. Det har blivit mycket musik av terapeuten Winnerbäck, för det är vad jag har behövt. Med hans musik så behöver man ingen terapeut :)

Men nu är det dags att rycka upp sig. Ska gå upp tidigt imorrn. Träna och sedan jobba på som bara den. Livet går vidare. Har en familj och vänner som mår bra och som jag älskar. Så länge man har det så har man egentligen inget att klaga på.

Även om man ändå måste få vara nere utan anledning ibland.
